The 3 key La Mirada Apartments are situated around 100 metres from the beach in the Es Forti district of the popular resort of Cala d'or on the southern east coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 60km east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 200 metres from the picturesque Cala d'or marina, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1990 and extensively renovated during the winter of 1998, the modern low rise La Mirada complex has a total of 120 one and two bedroomed self catering apartments which are built over 4 floors and set amidst almost 3,500m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with fridge and ironing board and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once each week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, a games room and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's pool, and spacious sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and both pool and table tennis tables.

The La Mirada Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring shooting competitions, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
